Terms of service

These terms govern your use of LediCRM, a subscription service operated by Turgut Tak, trading as LediCRM (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

LediCRM is a hosted customer relationship management application for the lighting industry, covering product catalogue management, bill-of-quantities matching, quotations and an optional AI assistant. We provide it on a subscription basis and may add, change or withdraw individual features over time.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done through your account. Each seat is for one named individual and must not be shared.

3. Trial

New accounts may use the service free for 14 days. Assistant usage is limited during the trial. We may end or change trial terms for future accounts at any time; a trial already running is unaffected.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed per seat on the interval shown at checkout, in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller of record for every transaction. Paddle issues your invoice and handles any VAT or sales tax due. Prices are shown excluding VAT; the amount due is calculated at checkout based on where you are.

Adding seats mid-term is charged pro rata. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal. Failure to collect payment may result in suspension after notice.

5. Assistant usage and tokens

AI features are metered in tokens. Your plan includes a monthly allowance which resets each billing period and does not carry over. Additional tokens may be purchased as top-ups, which do not expire. If your allowance is exhausted, a three-day grace period applies during which assistant messages continue at a reduced limit and other AI features are paused.

6. Your data

You keep all rights in the data you put into the service. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and back it up in order to provide the service. We do not use your data to train machine learning models. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you import, including supplier catalogues and any third-party material in them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or interfere with the security of the platform, resell access, or place deliberately excessive automated load on it.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

9. Intellectual property

The software, brand and documentation remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Output from the AI assistant, including price suggestions and extracted catalogue data, is a suggestion and not professional advice. Check it before relying on it commercially.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms. After termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the application at least 30 days before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
