Tokens
Assistant usage is metered in tokens.
The AI plan includes 5,000 tokens a month. If you need more, top-ups are one-off purchases that never expire. You are never shown a raw API bill.

All prices exclude VAT. The amount due is calculated at checkout by Paddle, based on where you are.
Questions
What happens during the trial?
The trial runs for 14 days with the full product available. Assistant messages are capped during the trial; everything else is unrestricted. New accounts also receive a one-off bonus of 10,000 tokens.
What happens when the token allowance runs out?
You get a three-day grace period. During it, assistant messages continue at a reduced limit and the other AI features pause. Adding a top-up restores everything immediately.
Can I change the number of seats?
Yes. Seats can be added or removed at any time. Additions are charged pro rata and confirmed before payment is taken; removals take effect at the next renewal.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Moving to annual applies at your next renewal. Moving from annual back to monthly takes effect when the annual term ends.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT. Paddle calculates and adds the correct amount at checkout based on where you are, and issues your invoice.
How do I pay?
By card or the other methods Paddle offers at checkout. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase, which means Paddle is the name on your statement and the issuer of your invoice.
