From a supplier PDF
to a priced quote.

LediCRM reads luminaire catalogues into structured product data, matches them against your project BOQ, and builds the quotation — for lighting manufacturers, distributors and project companies.

The problem

Catalogues arrive as PDFs.
Projects arrive as spreadsheets.
Someone joins them by hand.

That someone is usually your most experienced salesperson, and the work is retyping. A general-purpose CRM has no idea what a beam angle is, so the catalogue stays in a folder and the matching stays in Excel. LediCRM is built around that specific gap.

What it does

Catalogue

PDF catalogue import

Drop in a supplier catalogue. Products, specifications and images are extracted in parallel and land in an editable grid. Nothing is saved until you approve it.

Products

One product, many SKUs

Variants that share an appearance sit under a single parent. Images live on the parent; every variant keeps its own SKU.

Matching

BOQ matching

Load a project bill of quantities and match specified items against your own range, line by line.

Quotes

Quotations

Build a quotation from catalogue products, or from matched BOQ lines, with revision history against the customer record.

Search

Plain-language search

Ask for “recessed downlights, 3000 K, IP44, under 15 W” and get products back, not a keyword match.

Quality

Pre-flight checks

Catalogues are inspected before processing. If a file is too poor to read, you find out first — not halfway through.

All features

How it works

Four steps, in this order.

01

Import

Upload the supplier catalogue. Progress is reported page by page while it runs.

02

Review

Check the extracted grid, correct anything wrong, then commit it to your catalogue.

03

Match

Bring in the project BOQ and match its lines against your products.

04

Quote

Price the matched lines and issue the quotation.

The assistant

A key to the database,
and a lock on the door.

An assistant that can reach your commercial data is only useful if you can say exactly what it is allowed to touch. Here is the whole arrangement.

Reading

The assistant answers questions by querying a read-only database user. That path cannot write, whatever it is asked to do.

Writing

Changes run through a fixed set of defined actions. Each one shows you what it will do and waits for your confirmation.

Isolation

Every row carries a tenant id, enforced on the server. One account cannot read another's data.

Cost

You see tokens, never a raw API bill. An allowance comes with the plan and top-ups do not expire.

Get started

Import one catalogue and see.

Fourteen days, your own data, no rebuild of your process required.
